What is pre employment screening?
At Concept Occupational Health, we offer a range of pre-employment screening services to assess an individual's suitability for a role based on their health circumstances. We provide businesses with advice on how best to support new employees in undertaking their role upon commencement.
How is pre-employment screening undertaken?
This service begins with the completion of a pre-employment screening questionnaire, which is provided to the employee to fill out and return. Upon receiving the completed questionnaire, the occupational health clinician reviews the information and, if necessary, conducts a telephone consultation with the employee.
What happens following the completion of the pre screening?
A report will be provided to the employer, detailing the employee's suitability for the role along with any recommended adjustments. This report will be delivered within 24 hours. If needed, Concept Occupational Health can conduct a pre-employment baseline health assessment, which includes a face-to-face evaluation covering audiometry, spirometry, skin, and musculoskeletal assessments.
